2. Personal Data We Process
- Contact form: name, phone number, email address, subject and message.
- Kiosk configurator quote form: name, company, phone, email, project details and the technical configuration you select.
- Job applications: CVs and application details sent to us by email.
- Technical data: IP address, timestamp and browser information kept in server access logs.
3. Purposes and Legal Bases
- Responding to your enquiries and quotation requests (KVKK art. 5/2-c: conclusion or performance of a contract; art. 5/2-f: legitimate interest).
- Evaluating job applications (art. 5/2-c).
- Keeping the website secure and operational (art. 5/2-f; legal obligations under Law No. 5651, art. 5/2-ç).
4. Cookies
Our website does not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. The embedded map on the contact page is provided by Google LLC, which applies its own cookie and privacy policies. If you prefer not to load the map, our address is also available as plain text.
5. Transfers
Data submitted via our forms is relayed to us by email through a form delivery provider (Web3Forms) and our email infrastructure. The website may be hosted on servers located outside Turkey. We do not share your personal data with third parties except where required by law, and we do not use it for marketing.
6. Retention
Enquiry and quotation correspondence is retained for the duration of the business relationship and the statutory limitation periods. Job applications are kept for no longer than one year. Server logs are kept for the period required by law.
7. Your Rights
Under article 11 of KVKK you have the right to:
- learn whether your personal data is processed and request information about it,
- learn the purpose of processing and whether data is used accordingly,
- know the third parties to whom data is transferred in Turkey or abroad,
- request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data,
- request erasure or destruction of data under article 7,
- request that corrections/erasures be notified to recipients,
- object to results arising solely from automated analysis,
- claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.

You may submit requests, together with proof of identity, by email to panel@panelelektrik.com or in writing to the postal address above. Requests are answered free of charge within 30 days at the latest.
